To collaborate with your team on Pageflow stories, you can invite additional users to your account. The number of users you can invite depends on your plan.
Inviting Users
Go to the Users page in the navigation and click the Invite user button in the top right corner.
In the form, you will provide the following information:
- Account – Select the account to which the user should be added
- Email – The user will receive an email with instructions to set a password
- First Name and Last Name – The user's name
- Language – Preferred language for the user interface
- Role – Determines what permissions the user has (see What roles are available and what can they do?)
At the top of the form, you can see how many of your available invitations have been used (e.g., "1 of your included invitations of 5 currently used").
