Inviting additional users is available starting from the Business plan.

Pageflow offers different user roles that determine what permissions a user has in your account. Roles can be assigned at the account level as well as for individual stories.

Available Roles

Member – A user with the Member role has no permissions in the account by default and does not see any stories. Permissions can only be granted to this user by assigning roles for individual stories. This role is suitable for users who should only work on specific stories.

Previewer – Can preview all stories of this account, even before they are published. This role is ideal for people who should review content or provide feedback without making changes themselves.

Editor – Can additionally edit all stories of this account. Note that changes to stories only become visible to the public when the story is published again. Already published stories do not change automatically through editing.

Publisher – Can additionally publish all stories of this account, making changes visible to the public. Only users with the Publisher role or higher can create new stories.

Manager – Can additionally set user roles on all stories of this account and edit them. This includes managing memberships for individual stories.

Each role builds upon the permissions of the previous role. For example, a Publisher can preview, edit, and publish stories.
