Inviting additional users is available starting from the Business plan.

In addition to account-wide roles, you can assign users specific roles for individual stories. This allows for finer control over who can work on which stories.

Creating Memberships for a Story

To add a user to a specific story:

  1. Select the story from the story list
  2. Switch to the Memberships tab
  3. Click Add user
  4. Select the Editor (the user)
  5. Choose the Role for this story (Editor, Previewer, Publisher, or Manager). See What roles are available and what can they do? for details about each role.

By assigning a role for a story, the user receives additional permissions for that particular story. For example, a user with the account-wide role of Member can be assigned as Editor for a single story, allowing them to edit that story. A user who is already a Manager in the account retains those permissions for all stories – story-specific roles cannot revoke permissions, only extend them.
