This feature is only available in Pageflow Next stories.

Chapters, sections and content elements you delete in the editor are not lost right away. They are moved to the trash of your story, from where you can bring them back with a single click.

Opening the trash

Click the trash icon Deleted content at the top of the outline in the editor sidebar.

The list shows what has been deleted from your story and where it was originally located.

Restoring deleted content

Click Restore next to an item to put it back into your story.

Deleting content permanently

Use the menu of an item and choose Delete permanently to remove a single item from the trash. To remove all items at once, choose Empty trash from the Actions menu at the top of the list. Permanently deleted content can no longer be restored from the trash.

Undoing other changes

The trash only holds deleted chapters, sections and content elements. To undo other changes, such as edited texts or settings, return to an earlier version of your story as described in How does the revision system work?
