A site can contain stories in different languages. The labels and URLs of your legal info and footer links can be translated per language, so that each story displays them in its own language.
Fields That Can Be Translated
Site > Info Box – The label and URL of the Legal notice and Copyright links. The footer displays these as predefined links, so translating them here also translates them in the footer.

Adding a Translation
These fields look like a plain text field with a translations icon next to it.
Click that icon to reveal one row per language, and use Add language to add further rows.
The All other languages row holds the untranslated value. It is used by every language you have not added a row for, so it is worth keeping it filled. Regional variants fall back to their base language, so a story in British English uses the English translation if there is no separate row for British English.
