With a trial account you cannot publish any reports. You can however see the preview of your finished report. The preview looks exactly like the published version, the only difference being, that the preview can only be seen by Pageflow users, who are logged in.
The preview-button can be found in the creator, directly next to the edit button. This is where you can always find the newest actual version of your report.
